sorry this might sound weird but the bone around my eyes really hurts when i massage it, does anyone know why?
I’ve had it a while now and my eye has started twitching which is highly annoying, I don’t think i’m sick, I always have slightly bad sinuses so it might be that?
Sore eye bone muscles!
Any thoughts?

Have you been hit or smacked your face on something recently?
only my pillow!
no nothing… apart of me wonders if it’s always sore, if you touch that bone above your eye maybe it just hurts naturally?
Depends on how hard you touch it!
You said you have had minor sinus issues….try taking a decongestant and see if it helps.
Sinuses are a definite possibility, but so is Glaucoma. See your doctor, please.
OH CRAP, the eye doctor thought i had glaucoma, but ruled it out as my eyes were fine, i got tested quite thoroughly – scared now though…. my eyes are blurry as well.
Are you taking any medications? The reason I mention Glaucoma is that I had very similar symptoms, as a result of a medication I was taking. Turns out, that medication can cause Glaucoma. Sorry to scare you, but I’m concerned for you.
Let us know what the Dr. says…
@tan235 When was the last time the pressure in your eyes was tested? I don’t want to get you scared, but blurry vision is about the only noticeable symptom of glauocoma. It could be a bad sinus day, but call your eye doctor asap.
If it os the bones, it is probably chronic sinusitis, which should have nothing to do with your vision. I have the sore bones, landing in Seattle some years ago had knives twirling in my eyebrow.
hey guys, ah you’re all so great thank you – I got my pressure done and it was all fine – this was 2 years ago, i’m 33, i had big cups apparently and a thick cornea but nothing resembling glaucoma.
I have also been crying lately so maybe it’s that?
blurry vision though – i’ve been getting that – heck life and ailments!
I do have bad sinuses.
I can’t get my eyes tested for another 2 months as i am in america and don’t have travel insurance!
@tan235 I would get the pressure checked even if you have to pay for it out of pocket. Go to a small town place if possible, not one in a city. Two years is a long time between checks.
i have the same thing i dont know why though it hurts really badly i have glasses its probably because i havent been to the eye doctor for a long time but what i tried was i put ice on it and when i took the ice off my eye and it killed!! what should i do?
@TheJaniexox Get to the eye Dr ASAP. Do not screw with this.
