Adobe Phone Support for CS5?

Does anyone have first hand experience with the type of phone support given with the purchase of Adobe CS5 Premium Production for Mac editing suite?

Is the support satisfactory. Is the wait time on the phone brief? Are the reps knowledgeable and friendly? How much phone support, and for what duration goes with the purchase of this suite?

I have the CS4 suite. I found them very eager to help when I was having problems with registration numbers, less helpful about issues and encouraging use of their user forums which are free.
Of greater help I found joining a local user group [InDesign, but maybe they exist for PhotoShop] and getting to know the very knowledgeable rep who works with our user group. I have been able to email her for advice when I really need it and get an answer.
