Not recieving awards on fluther?
I should have way more than 4 awards on here. For some reason I only have the same 4 show up on my profile that I earned a loooong time ago. I still have been earning awards recently and not recieving them on my page. I will see [AceSpadez has recieved the “insert-award-name-here” award] on my sidebars and I go to my page and it is not there. What the hell! This happen to anyone else?
*I created this account a year ago but I hadn’t been using it, I just started using it about a week ago. Maybe the time gap has something to do with it?

To get more rewards you need to meet the criteria for any more reward.
IE: Wayne Greet-zky award – First to give a new user a Great Question or Great Answer.
I think there is a problem, yes. I reached 30,000 in December, but the “Blackbeard” award hasn’t shown up in my profile, and the posted number of people who have received it has not increased since augustlan received hers some time before me.
Since I usually pay no attention to awards, I don’t know the extent of the problem, but something does seem to be wrong.
Yes, there is a bug in the system. We’re working on it, but I’m not sure when it will be fixed. Sorry about the frustration!
That is because the powers that be punish you if you ever been called arrogant, a troll, flam bater, knot it all, etc….. OK, I don’t know why, I am still waiting for at least one that I know if because it would be the 1st so I know I haven’t got it mixed up. ;-P

While it seems like any awards are desirable, as does Lurve, this site rocks because of the contributers!

I don’t care about the awards, and with the award breakdown of recent, I am less frustraited at not having the Cake In The Frizzer. I am also not that big a fan of lurve, which is good, since I don’t seem to be able to go more than 10 points a day. This site is great because of the contributers, and the amazingly well designed question pages.
@filmfann I bet if you earned a Gold Ingot they would at least give you your’s. Been over 4 weeks and I still waiting for the UPS man to bring me mine. LOL LOL
I have met many criteria for certain awards (esp. the beginner’s awards) and have received none of them, so I came into fluther pretty confused.
when will i get my just rewards? Whats next, no lurve?

As far as I know, I’m only missing my 5k award and my Pilgrim award, which is kind of a bummer; those are a couple of cool ones. ;)
I am missing all the ones that you get for the milestone hundreds of lurve, plus jelly-asker, jelly-teller, pb and jelly,...I probably won’t get my 5k lurve either when it rolls around.
…Am I the only one that received all her awards today?....I just logged in and BAM like 20 awards 0_0
They say they mortgaged a house to get me mu seceond Gold Ingot, but I don’t know what they paid to get the first Gold Ingot because I never got it and it was months ago. Maybe I have to go to Fluther home office with donuts, muffins and fancy coffee to bribe it out of them…..or maybe a sandwhich bag full of money….
