Do UTIs go away on their own?

I’ve had a self-diagnosed UTI since last Saturday. I’ve been drinking a ton of cranberry juice, which I think is helping, but I still have symptoms. I’d rather not take antibiotics, because then I’ll get a yeast infection, and I’d rather suffer through a UTI than a yeast infection.

Will it go away on its own? Soon? Do you know any other home remedies, or foods I should eat or avoid?
