How would you describe members of various military branches?

Can you give me a short (no more than four words) description that would reflect your image of the different branches of the US military?

For example, ” member of the Coast Guard…

(Others: Air Force, Marine Corps, Arm, Navy)

I don’t understand what you’re asking. Something like ‘once a marine, always a marine’ came to mind but that’s too long.

That sort of thing?

I have no idea if those terms are equivalent or even correct, but wondering if it’s more the sort of thing you’re looking for.

Air force: elite, smart, testosterone junkies
Army: default service, education benefits
Navy: Swabbies and officers don’t mingle
Marines: think they are so hot
Coast Guard: forgotten service no violence

Not all, but more than enough to get a bad rep for it. Arrogant and… yeah, maybe I’ve had too much personal experience.
