Which sport has the most incompetent officials?

I was watching a hockey game last night and a player takes out Ed Jovanovsky with a blatant elbow to the head and guess which side ends up in the box. Soccer officials also suck. Which sport has the worst officals?

I think the NBA has the worst officials. Combine the favoritism towards star players with the betting scandals that have popped up over the last couple of years, and they come across as an embarrassment to referees everywhere.
