What food should I make from the ingredients I have?
I have a lot of food items in my house which include:
lemon juice, hot sauce, raspberrys, bacon, eggs, milk, chicken stock, sherry cooking wine, spaghetti sauce, tortilla wraps, english muffins, brie, pecorino romano, butter, eggs, coconut water, AND the usual stuff: flour, baking powder/soda, sugar, etc.
I want to put a dish together for lunch (one person only) but I have no idea what to do. So, given these, does anyone have a simple recipe or dish I could make?

I would just toast an english muffin with some brie on it, put some sliced raspberries on top, and call it a day.
Spaghetti. you have most of the ingredients. refrigerate the leftovers and more tonight or tomorrow.
Bacon, egg and cheese, either on english muffin or in tortilla wrap.
I would cook some pasta, grill some of the bacon til its crispy, chop it up and mix it in with the pasta, and smother it in a rich cheese sauce. In fact that is exactly what I made myself for lunch yesterday when I was home on my own.
You could make a quiche with bacon and cheese (throw in any vegetables you have too). You could make a cake with raspberries for dessert.
You could do a bacon and cheese omlette, and have inside a toasted muffin,
A quiche (already suggested)
A Raspberry pavlova
Or some Pancakes… sweet or savoury with the ingredients you have.
Thanks everyone, these are great!
Hmm… sounds like omelets for breakfast, quesadillas for lunch, and spaghetti for dinner.
Quiche!
Make your own crusts with flour, salt, butter and water.
Whip up the eggs with milk or cream, add the cooked bacon, some broccoil or onions or other veggies, and cheese.
OMG! Soo hungry right now.
The pasta could also be cooked with either oil or sauce, with the bacon crumbled up in it.
Here’s a real easy one that’s basically Pasta Carbonara (this has eggs, bacon, pasta and cheese) here
Then serve the berries with a little bit of sugar sprinkled over them in your prettiest glass parfait dishes.
Toast the English muffins, butter them and sprinkle them with garlic powder and some of the grated pecorino romano cheese (or do this whole deal under the broiler instead of using the toaster).
