Is there a way to modify my total number of friends on Facebook by using my friend lists?

I have 4 friend lists: Friends and Family, Farmville Friends, Farmville Friends 2 and Petville. Is there a way to just show the number of friends in the Friends and Family and Farmville Friends lists on the left side of my profile? These are my true friends in those two lists.

Nope. The only way to decrease the number that shows up is to decrease the number of friends you have. You can control who sees your friend list though, but that wouldn’t change the number that shows up. It would just stop people from seeing any of your friends at all depending on your settings.

No, it doesn’t let you take away your basic ‘friends’ list. You can move it to the bottom of the page though by going to ‘edit profile’.
