I need a few sound clips like “Transmition Recieve” and “Transmition Sent”. Where can I get some sound clips like this and any simmilar ones. Any kind of voice would do, possibly a vocoder.

The Freesound Project has a massive database of royalty-free sound clips. If you are designing a software interface, you might consider choosing a mnemonic sound clip similar to the Mac or Windows systems sounds instead of a voice, which in my opinion is too long and might annoy users.
Why dont you get a microphone and make your own. If no, I have done voiceover work and can do it for you if you cant find a source like @Vortico states
@Vortico I’m looking for neat sounds to change on my ipod, I already have the scream\dialtone that neo does from the matrix as the new sync sound LOL so when you “jack in” your ipod it does that.
@blueiiznh I have an ipod app that works alright, but I always knoe it’s my voice and it doesn’t seem as cool.
I have done work through a few places including this one: Voice123
It is a good resource if you need talent or want to put your talents out there for others.
