Is there a way to make myself feel awake?
I know coffee is one way…but are there others?...I didn’t get enough sleep last night and I want to take a 4 mile walk in about 20 minutes..but my eyes still feel a bit heavy and I was just wondering if there were other things that would help me stay awake a little longer?...or should I just go to bed and try again tomorrow?.....I really do need to get myself back in shape for the military, and I know that once I’m in boot camp, I’d have to work out regardless if I’m tired or not…I’m really trying to get myself in a system and not stop, no excuses what so ever….help?
