At the end of every interview on the television show, Inside the Actor’s Studio, James Lipton asks his guests ten questions, referred to as the Pivot Questionnaire. This questionnaire was made famous by Lipton and has been answered by over 74 Academy Award winners and many more.

1) What is your favorite word? Fantastic.
2) What is your least favorite word? Smell, when used to indicate something seems suspicious, having nothing to do with something literally smelling badly.
3) What turns you on creatively, spiritually or emotionally? Natural beauty. Mountains, oceans, pink sky at night, and more. Also, acts of kindness.
4) What turns you off? Hateful people.
5) What sound or noise do you love? Breeze through the trees. Also, I love listening to my husband, but not sure that is noise?

8) What profession other than your own would you like to attempt? Real estate developer and builder. Develop a mixed use community.
9) What profession would you not like to do? Working in a slaughter house.

You were right, it does not matter what religion you are, all good people are welcome into heaven, and your grandma is waiting for you with her father to show you around. (my grandma lost her dad when she was 5, and I always felt she missed him her entire life)
1) What is your favorite word? Spatula.
2) What is your least favorite word? Barf. The word fishy isn’t too far behind.
3) What turns you on creatively, spiritually or emotionally? Misery and darkness whether it’s through movies, music or personal experience. There is so much inspiration to be found and art to create in things that are damaging and searching for this inspiration even when it’s painful or takes you out of your comfort zone can be very healing.
4) What turns you off? Cheesiness. But not cheese itself. Cheese is yummy. I put extra cheese on everything. I just can’t stand when people are too cheesy or corny, especially without realizing it.
5) What sound or noise do you love? Violins.
6) What sound or noise do you hate? A high-pitched dog bark.
7) What is your favorite curse word? Cunt and motherfuckles.
8) What profession other than your own would you like to attempt? Making chandeliers.
9) What profession would you not like to do? The guy who picks up the cones after roadwork.
