Should I talk to him or move on?

I’m sorry for all the retarded dating questions but I’m just trying to get yalls good opinions!

This guy I like said he isn’t sure if he likes me or not, we have hung out a few times. We scheduled a time to hang out alone and he re scheduled twice, then the third time did not even bother telling he couldn’t make it, just texted me to see what was up and asked if he could call me. I told him ok but let him know it was not cool for him to just not tell me anything and not go through with plans. He hasn’t called me….

The thing is, he knows I like him. But im not looking for anything serious, I like hanging out with the guy. Do you think I should continue to keep in touch or wait until he does? Would it be weird if I did or didn’t? I’m thinking too much!
