What are the different ways to remove facial hair?
Which is the best according to you?
If I want to keep a beard, should I use scissors or trim using machine or any other way?
Is it that if we shave then hair grow quickly and are more thick? Is same true if we use trimming machine?

Are you looking for complete removal, or just trimming and shaping? Either way, I suggest investing in a pair of little scissors, and start practicing. If you’re just looking for a shape, you can learn to do it yourself with the scissors, or in the case of complete removal, snip it all short and finish off with a razor.
I have heard that dry shaving with a razor can cause facial hair to grow faster, but nothing substantial [citation needed].

“Shaving does not cause terminal hair to grow back thicker or coarser or darker. This belief is because hair that has never been cut has a tapered end, whereas, after cutting, there is no taper. Thus, it appears thicker, and feels coarser due to the sharper, unworn edges. The fact that shorter hairs are “harder” (less flexible) than longer hairs also contributes to this effect. Hair can also appear darker after it grows back because hair that has never been cut is often lighter due to sun exposure.” Source
I’m just lurking for the eventual benefit of my 4 year old son :-) thanks guys x
I use the tiny scissors on my Swiss Army knife to trim my beard. Other than that, I shave the rest, although I keep thinking I’ll try plucking. I know a lot of indigenous people in this area used to pluck, as did a number of men in Northern Europe about a thousand years ago, and it seems like a useful alternative if you find yourself in a situation without razors.
Mr. Fiance keeps a short beard, and trims it using the same electric clippers he uses for his hair.
i swear by electric clippers
Same as women! Laser hair removal, waxing, etc.
Shaving, clipping, plucking, waxing, Nare.
