Where can I find the original case and manual for a video game?

I purchased a used game (Dragon Age: Origins Ultimate Edition) from GameStop that came with no case or manual, is there a website that just sells these items?

Just put an ad on Craigslist in the wanted section and say you are looking for someone who might have lost their disc and just want the case.
