What website is this from?

A while ago, using Stumbleupon, I found a website that featured a bunch of pictures of flyers posted to posts (in NYC, I think). At the bottom, there were strips with a phone number to rip off.

They were done by a comedian from the point of view of a stupid, pathetic guy trying to find people to meet with him for various reasons. One of them was to conspire to get money from the library (if memory serves me).

The whole thing was meant to be funny. The point was that nobody would actually meet up with this moron. He would give specific instructions like “bring nunchucks and meet at Starbucks at 5:00.”

Anyone remember this and have a link?
