Are there any multiplayer games on Facebook that involve skill and strategy (as opposed to pushing buttons or buying credits)?

Every multiplayer game I’ve seen on Facebook so far can be “won” by being the player who either pushes the most buttons or buys the most credits. Games like Mafia Wars and Farmville seem to require no skill, no strategy, and very little thinking. Rounds can be won by returning the game all day and pressing a lot of buttons and/or buying credits to obtain tools within the game. That is so lame.
Are there any multiplayer games on Facebook that involve strategy? I realize there’s word-scrabble like games, but I am looking for games involving themes like Farmville and Mafia Wars do, but with more strategy and less button pushing.

Oh. I was just going to invite you to play Scrabble. :\
Not that I’m aware of. I’ve always been under the impression that Facebook actually sets the requirements for their app creators up in such a way that that point & click & buy credits theme can’t really be avoided.
The Facebook business model centers on buying credits and FB getting a percentage of the proceeds.
That said, I found Starfleet Commander to be pretty deep and not require and money nor unduly benefit from others buying victory the way other games do.
Facebook games are not games. They are pointless and annoying. I hate it when my newsfeed is full of those stupid games. I mean who really cares about your mafia or your farm. To be a game. They have to be challenging. I don’t them challenging. I tried them and I found them boring, pointless and annoying. I have more important and interesting things to do than to play them.
Draw my thing is a good game its multiplayer and requires skill.
Wild Ones established a semblance of being a game, though only “demo weapons” are accessible without owning any FECAcreds. To make one FecaCred, play HelloCity and make world’s highest score (probably not possible anymore)
All those games are mundane poop of a pig-whale
I’d like it if somebody combined the ‘ville with some actual play.
