What antivirus do you prefer?

What is your favorite antivirus program. I use norton fors it’s superior live-scanning abilities, but un other sections a lot rate equal. What is your favorite antivirus and why?

I’ve always used freeware. Currently I really like Avira.

I haven’t used norton in a while as it became a resource hog.

AVG

It’s free
They have frequent updates
It has a low foot print so you do feel the virus scan pounding your system (which I can’t say for norton etc)
