I believe that I'm having a migraine but I'm having new symptoms. Any ideas?

I’m absolutely miserable right now. I’ve got a migraine but I’m not sure about something. Normally my migraines start in one spot then within hours spread to the rest of both sides of my head. This migraine started at the same spot (base of the skull on the right side) but migrated up the right side of my skull into my eye. Light is intolerable in that eye and I’m very nauseous yet hungry.

Have any of you had a migraine spread through only one side of your head then settle in one spot, like the eye? Never had this one happen before. What are your thoughts?
