How does "iGiki" work?

it says that you purchase apps and they apear on your homescreen. Does it really work that way? Does your iPod touch have to be jailbroken or something?

looks like they’re just web apps, and put links on ur springboard. So I guess u wouldn’t need to jailbreak it for this to work (although u can get most of those apps for free with jailbreak, and have them avaliable offline when wifi isn’t avaliable.
