Does anyone have any new favorites when it comes to figure skaters and ice dancers?

I feel like when the Olympics are not on I lose touch with this. I really love it, especially the couples. So who have you seen recently that you like?

I love it too and have lost touch with it also. I do love to watch the skaters.
It is my favorite winter Olympic sport.
I haven’t watched tv in quite while and I am not even sure when the competitons are on anymore. :(

Alissa Czisny, who just won the US Championships is a very elegant and talented skater. Among the young skaters, I was very struck by Agnes Zawadski and Christina Gao.

There are some very exciting young skaters coming up in Men’s skating too: Richard Dornbush and Ross Minor who came in second and third in the Men’s US Championships and the crowd went wild for a Persian skater named Armin Mahbanoozadeh, who skated an incredible free skate.

I’ve been catching up on tings by watching all the videos. Flrent Amodio was really great, very exciting. Christina Gao was excellent too. This link is for an old 2010 video of Ashley Wagner that I love.
