Home cooked, restaurant, take away….wherever? What’s on the menu? Who’s cooking? Who’s going to pay? How many who’s & what’s can I fit into one question? Why am I asking this? Oh nevermind, just eat it, eat it, eat it….....repeat to fade.

My next meal will be vegan tacos. The meal in its entirety came from the Associated supermarket next to our house which we paid for with my credit card. Alex prepared the complementary rice and beans yesterday and the two of us will be the only ones consuming the meal.
Lunch today will be coming from my freezer. Grilled salmon with a small salad and some blueberries are on the menu, and I’ll be the chef. I caught the salmon, the ingredients for the salad came from the supermarket, and the blueberries were purchased in bulk at a farmer’s market this past summer, and then frozen.
And now if you’ll excuse me, I’m getting rather hungry. :)
Peanut butter sandwich. I prepared it. I paid for the ingredients.
You’re asking because your big hawngry.
Taco Bell if the roads de-ice.
I have no idea what I’ll be having for dinner… But it’ll be coming from the grocery store next to my building, where I’ll be stopping in after class to buy bread, margarine and dish soap (because we’re out of all those things) and whatever I feel like having tonight. (Maybe bread, margarine and dish soap.)
Home because I’m stuck here. When I work, I’ll do the fast food thing. Usually off the $1.00 menu.
Most likely restaurant since I’m most likely going out to dinner tonight with a friend I haven’t seen in a while.
Next meal is lunch, so the organic salad place around the corner from my office. I’ll have mixed greens, cucumber, tomatoes, avocado, and sliced red bell pepper, with a little bit of mixed vinaigrette.
@Jude Actually I already ate, not hungry for a while yet. I first read that as big horny guy…....oops ;¬}
My next meal will be breakfast tomorrow morning. I’ll have porridge.
“first read that as big horny guy”
Well, that’s a given. ;-)
Salmon chowder that I made yesterday. From the pot in the fridge, from ingrediants purchased from various food purveyors in the area. And it’s yummy.
We’re having one of my daughter’s favorite, cucumber salad with pasta. I’ll add some chicken and there you go. Everything from the grocery store and the meal will feed the four of us with lunches the next day.
From the mircowave. I’m having Stouffer’s Lean Cuisine again
tonight. ;-)
Husband is crafting main evening meal in the kitchen. Chick peas, bought dried, soaked and cooked under pressure ‘til nice and soft. Tonight, they will be added to Hub’s rich tomato sauce and eaten with wholemeal pasta (fusilli) and a tad of parmesan. The rest will then be used to make my marvellous Humous. The tomato sauce is made using tinned, plum-toms, with onion, garlic, possibly grated carrot (good way to hide ‘em if kids are not keen) garlic and mixed herbs.
I love writing about food. I want to eat @JilltheTooth‘s Salmon Chowder too. I like @Austinlad‘s ‘mircowave’ and wonder if this is the reason he has so much Lurve, as well as being so slim, of course. After our pasta, there is still wondrous chocolate cake I made… dribble….
Leftover chili my husband made Sunday. I may make some grilled cheese to go along with it.
Not exactly sure. That’s because tonight is somewhat difficult timewise. I may eat a little at home and then more later on at a restaurant. There’s lots in the fridge for the rest of the family, but it’s leftovers people are getting tired of. Even me. I’m tired of my own cooking. Sigh. Fresh new meal every night is all that is acceptable and who has time for that? Or energy?
@Austinlad What’s a mirco? Why does it wave?
Lets see.
I JUST had breakfast and the Tangelo came from a Tangelo tree. The yogurt came from a cow and the oatmeal came from oats.
Vegetable soup that I made yesterday will be the risk I take today…
If you never see me again,it was a bad batch XD
I don’t know. I am still contemplating what to do with shrimp and broccoli. I am thinking add some garlic and maybe just a saute.
For lunch I will trying a new Trader Joe’s frozen entree: shitake mushrooms and tofu in a black pepper sauce over rice.
For dinner I’ll be getting a bean and cheese burrito with salsa from one of the many Mexican takeout places around here.
@Dutchess_III and @mrentropy The best (and relatively new) thing off the dollar menu at Taco Bell are the Crispy Potato Soft Tacos! Sooooooo good.
I have snacks in my backpack to eat while at work, but my next meal won’t be until I get home around seven. My younger brother will likely order pizza because he was looking up coupons for it last night. Not the most nutritious dinner, but I’m not complaining.
Simpsons in the Strand for breakfast.
Tonight is wine grazing.
Wine, then maybe a small salad, a handful of rice crackers, some almonds, a vanilla tootsie roll. lol
@lucillelucillelucille Me too, I like to call it my decorating song. I’ve painted many a ceiling whilst listening to it…...glam or what? XD
@ucme I had that on cassette…because my victrola broke XD
@ucme Uhh…could you type up? I can’t hear ya!

Dinner just came from the farm I work at (I’m still at work).
I had grilled chicken, an orlando tangelo and a bottle of unsweetened green ice tea.
I paid for it with my debit card and I dined alone here at my computer.
Leftovers from my restaurant lunch – open faced beef sandwich and sweet potato fries.
My boyfriend and I have been trying to use up some of the food we have before we keep buying more and more. So tonight I will be making lasagna! And a loaf of wheat bread! Hawooga!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I don’t know what it’s going to be yet, but tonight’s dinner will be coming from the seafood place downtown.
@deni I have been doing that since after Thanksgiving! It is amazing how much stuff we had around the house. Keep it up!
@worriedguy ITS AWESOME! Our cupboards are so full and one day we were just like….WHY DO WE KEEP GOING TO THE STORE??????????????????
Wow. The Fluther eats so well. We should set up a food co-operative and take over the World. What’s a Tangelo?
The pasta was flippin’ gorgeous by the way. Now wondering whether to make Bigos this weekend, must buy decent sausage…
I am eating sweet potato tortilla chips right now, sooo good!
Aaaah…put the bad down now!
My next meal will be tomorrow’s breakfast, and it will be poached egg on toast from the canteen at work. I always get in half an hour early just so I can have breakfast there.
Since my Cheerios I had a tin of smoked oysters on crackers! And I’m done for today!
Tonight’s dinner will be brought to myself and a date by yours truly. The bread is from Acme, the pasta, chicken sausage, and salad portions are from Trader Joe’s, while the Pesto is from a local company called HomeMaid. There will be a side dish of mushrooms sauteed in white wine and garlic as well. Hoping for a successful meal (I think it’d be hard to fuck this one up!).
I usually make up my menus for the week, and then my husband stops at the grocery store on his way home from work. Tonight, I had to babysit my toddler grandsons, so I cheated and opened three cans of Progresso Soup instead making the creamed chicken/zucchini casserole I had on my list.
@auntydeb: A tangelo is another word for a minneola (sometimes called a minneola tangelo). It’s a cross between a grapefruit and a tangerine. Mostly seedless and very juicy when in season (like now).
Good for juicing and eating, they’re about the size of a baseball.
thanks @cprevite, I know minneolas, they are lovely!
