General Question

How many hours have you wasted waiting for a repair man of some kind or other?

And what on earth is to be done about this? If I leave the apartment to go get my mail, I’m sure to miss the call telling me he’s on his way, and he won’t end up coming. This is day 2. Am I crazy or is something really wrong here?

ya, i hate when you need to stay home all day for a delivery, because they say it will be delivered from 8:30–6:00. also, the electrician has a “tough day” and cant make it to your house in time because the people before you are hogging him.

How do I hate them? Let me count the ways. And yes, PW, they do, like the airlines and the doctors.

I have also found that when I finally take my bathroom break, after putting it off for hours, there is a knock at the door.
