Do you know of any simple Valentine's Day crafts that can be done with pre-school age kids?

I have a 3½ year old daughter and I would like to do some Valentine’s Day crafts with her. My only requirement is it has to be simple, because as you may know, a preschooler has about a 20 minute attention span.
Do you know of any Valentine’s Day crafts that can be done with a preschooler?

Cutting out heart shapes from red construction paper. Let her scribble with different colored crayons after cutting.
What about paper, glitter, and glue? Just messy enough that she will like it, and it sparkles. You could cut our paper into a heart, let her smear glue on half with a fat brush, and put pink glitter, and then the other half do red. Or, help her write with Elmers I love you Daddy, or Grandma, or whoever and then put the glitter on.
I’d like to add to @chyna‘s suggestion. Something I did with my daughter about that age was make little heart people with construction paper, wiggly eyes and fuzzy pipe cleaner for legs and arms.
Bring on the suggestions (all 3 so far have been excellent!). Lurve to all who will answer as a Thank You!
Also, if you do cut out a bunch of hearts, if her dad lives with you, you can help her hide the hearts all around for daddy when he wakes up. Leave some in his car, in his attaché, in his lunch box, and also present him with a valentines card. Not, sure if waiting for him to find them the next day would be stressful for a 3 year old? Oh, and you can make heart shaped cookies and decorate them, or cupcakes.
Cut out a bunch of hearts ( different sizes ) and use them to make crazy valentine’s animals. Heart eyes, heart noses, heart ears, you get the picture. Make or buy some whipped cream, add red food coloring and do some finger painting. The little ones love this because it’s fun, messy, and makes your fingers taste great. Cut heart shapes out of your old kitchen sponge and use them as stampers with paint. Get out a piece of paper and ask her to tell you about all of the things/people she loves, write her responses exactly because if she’s 3 years old she likely has some adorable answers and it will be fun to read again throughout the years .
Get a box of clear, red cellophane straws. Cut into inch-long pieces. String on red yarn or thread for necklaces, bracelets and anklets.
Change colors for other holidays. Orange and black for Halloween; green for Saint Patrick’s day; and red, white and blue for July 4th/
Pick up some lacy paper doilies from a party supply place. Use them, along with red construction paper to make decorations for your windows and cards for dad.
As for @hopscotchy‘s suggestion of stamping with sponge – I used to stamp with potato halves when I was a kid, and that was tons of fun too.
Is macaroni art still in fashion?. Kids seem to like the different textures and shapes. It can be glued on the hearts.
