What would be the best nero program to convert video files that are unprotected?

Need to convert .vob files to mp4…preferably with nero

Ipod video converter is free is useful. Your best & easiest bet, is to convert the vob file into something more common, like an .avi. Because there are tons of programs that can convert avi into almost anything.
