“Jailbreaking” is the process of cracking the iPhone to allow the installation of third-party applications or usage of the phone on another network than the one under contract.
Voids the warranty and could rack up a massive bill for data charges.
I still don’t under stand don’t use so many technical words please
Jailbreaking an iPhone basically lets you install programs onto it, programs that are not part of the original ones that came with the phone. If you are not very tech savvy, wait till June, and Appke will support this kind of stuff, making it better and easier.

Tech jargon can be confusing sometimes. The term ‘Jailbreak’ actually was coined because in the iPhone, the filesystem (basically all the files on the phone) was locked. This meant you couldn’t use any of these files, or put your own files (such as programs). ‘Jailbreaking’ broke your filesystem free from this constraint.
