How can Iisten to music from my G1 when it is connected to my computer?

There are some songs that I downloaded onto my phone that when I plug my phone into my computer they won’t play. I got some quick and easy advice on how to share the files, and it worked, but I can not remember what I did before.

You can’t mount the device to the computer otherwise it will show that the SD card is busy (or something along those lines). So just plug it in for a charge but don’t mount.

The problem with the G1 is that the headphone socket breaks out through the mini-USB port.

You need something like this to listen to music while it’s charging.
