How can I make a portable version of PDAnet?

I got PDAnet”:http://www.junefabrics.com/desktop/ to work with my ipod, it’s great cause i have an old laptop with no wifi adapter. IS there a way to make a portable version of this app without cameyo?

If you mean portable as in without having to run a setup to use the program, then universal extractor might be what you’re looking for. I’ve used it many times in the past to run programs without having to install them.
