They are all (or most of them anyways) endearing in one way or another. Who’s your favorite? Is it because that character is like you in some way?

Eeyore. That’s been my personality, as of late.
Waa-waaaaaaah
Hoo-ooh, bouncy bouncy bouncy bounce bounce bou…....you get the picture! Why? Coz he’s gloriously insane that’s why.
I love Pooh’s voice, but Eeyore is my favorite.
I’m most like Rabbit though.
Piglet- because I was Piglet in our 9th grade Winnie the Pooh theater arts production.
I also love Tigger because he’s bouncy, trouncy, flouncy, pouncy, fun fun fun fun fun and HE’S THE ONLY ONE!
I was going to say eeyore I happened to name a hamster of mine Piglet. And currently have a cat named Tigger-roo. I actually like all of Pooh’s friends.
I like Piglets shy, sweet nature. Tigger is just the type of up beat, silly friend everyone needs. Eeyore keeps everyone grounded. Rabbit is paranoid (and it’s sort of fun for them to poke at him for it).
I could go on, but mostly, I wuvs Robin. Why? Because he was the imaginative boy to make all of these friends come to life.
I always kind of leaned toward Christopher Robbin ‘cause he’s like, you know, human?
eeyore. I still have the toy eeyore that my mom got when she was in college. I still sleep with him on the headboard of my bed. He’s such a realist—not a pessimist like a lot of people seem to think.
“We can’t all, and some of us don’t. That’s all there is to it.”
“Can’t all what?” said Pooh, rubbing his nose.
“Gaiety. Song-and-dance. Here we go round the mulberry bush.”
Hey! Lots of Eeyore lovers out there! Who knew? He’s my favorite too. He’s a little mopey but I guess I identify with his never being surprised when things go wrong. Tigger is the most fun but he would wear me out in no time!
Eeyore.I wanted to hug him. :)
I’ve got to go with rabbit. He is the overly intellectual type who is quite convinced of his own superiority, but yet is repeatedly rendered a total fool by the simplistic world view of the humble and lovable Poo. This dynamic serves as an excellent reminder to we uber geeks that more often than not it is our own big brains that are the root cause of our perceived difficulties.
Lately, my favourite has been Piglet. I went back and read “In which Rabbit has a busy day, and we learn what Christopher Robin does in the mornings” and reached the scene in which Piglet picks a bouquet of violets for Eeyore.) How can you not adore such a gentle, sensitive character? Of course, I do have a special place in my heart for Eeyore… and I have been told that if I were a character from Winnie-the-Pooh, then I would be Pooh Bear himself (which I have chosen to take as a compliment rather than a comment on eating habits.)
It’s difficult for me to choose favourites. My opinion changes so often, depending on which character I am reading at that moment. They’re all delightful.
When it came to the Disney films, Roo and Christopher Robin were my favourites. I identified with them the most when I was a child.

The wonderful thing about tiggers
Is tiggers are wonderful things!
Their tops are made out of rubber
Their bottoms are made out of springs!
They’re bouncy, trouncy, flouncy, pouncy
Fun, fun, fun, fun, fun!
But the most wonderful thing about tiggers is
I’m the only one
Tiggers are cuddly fellas
Tiggers are awfully sweet
Ev’ryone el-us is jealous
That’s why I repeat… and repeat
The wonderful thing about tiggers
Is tiggers are marvelous claps!
They’re loaded with vim and vigor
They love to leap in your laps!
They’re jumpy, bumpy, clumpy, thumpy
Fun, fun, fun, fun, fun!
But the most wonderful thing about tiggers is
I’m the only one
I-I-I’m , the only
The rabbit. He is quite attractive.
It’s always been Eeyore for me because I can relate I guess.
My lady tells me I’m the offspring of Eeyore and Tigger ..with the heart of Pooh and the shyness of Piglet.
Another vote for Eeyore. He’d be comfortable to be around, no rushing.
Piglet. He’s just the cutest, sweetest little guy that you want to love and cuddle and keep him safe. I have a collection of piglets (2 stuffed, some ceramic, some plastic and one hat pin piglet).
My most beloved piglet is one that my mother’s friend made out of felt in the early 60’s. He wears a little green felt jacket.
Owl. I’ve always loved Owls and so he has been my favourite since I was a child. I also adore Eeyore as I used to have a horse that reminded me so much of him. I also had a dog called Piglet.
I loved Tigger so much as a little girl. I even had a tabby cat named Tigger. He lived to be seventeen years old.
My favorite is Glymphd, a Milne character I just invented. Glymphd is kind of like a fluffy C3PO. He has 3 legs and wheels he runs around on. He’s generally a little disoriented, but occasionally he’ll say very apt things. His favorite thing to do is to go round in circles on his wheels, and sometimes, even Pooh gets annoyed with him for doing that. It’s hysterical watching Pooh be annoyed.
I always liked Rabbit because he had a bit of snark to his personality.
I would totally have a beer with Tigger without electing him president and I really like Owl because… well… he’s smart.
It’s hard to pick, really. All of the characters are rather endearing in their own unique ways.
Wol! He’s the smart one. Rabbit has too many friends and relations.
wundayatta I’m sure when Pooh gets annoyed with Glymphed he says, very loudly, “Oh bother!!!” No wonder Glymphed is disoriented. It’s from going around in circles or are the circles he’s doing from being disoriented?
Actually “smart” is not really the right description for rabbit. I think “industrious” is closer to it.
However you describe it, he spends a lot of his time doing things that he believes to be quite important, and gets quite annoyed when Poo just doesn’t understand why.
I’ve always loved Tigger. He’s the life of the group, like me.
Though I think the main reason I love Tigger is because my father loves him.
I always loved Eeyore. He’s always so down, but he is still a good friend. I just wanted to give him a hug and hope to make him smile.
I love Winnie the Pooh himself, I mean he’s the shit. Who doesn’t love honey?
Stephen Fry as Winnie-the-Pooh, excellent. Sterling Holloway, I wanted to like, but he always creeped me out because he was Kaa in the Jungle Book. Kaa… To me, seemed vaguely like a pedophile with that whole, “go to sleep, I’m gonna eat you,” thing.
Rabbit also wins my hear in the books, especially in the story, “In Which Pooh Goes Visiting and Gets Into a Tight Place.”
And of course Christopher Robin, in the books, when he’s waxing existential and he’s terribly- blissfully- wistful.
TIGGER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
my mum and dad nicknamed me tigger when i was younger because i used to bounce around a lot. now i guess iM a mixture if eeyore, pooh and rabbit.
YoBob Yes, I saw that whole episode not too long ago. It was a good one. A few years back I was doing the “Artist’s Way” with a group of friends. I don’t know if you’re familiar with that book. It has exercises and advice concerning ways to free up and unblock your creativity. One of the basic things you do is to keep a journal. Every morning, as soon as you get up, you write for 15 minutes without thinking or filtering or judging. Whatever is on the top of your mind. Sometimes strange things come out, lol…at least for me. Anyways I had to get up at 5:30 in the morning to have time to do this before work. At that time of day Winnie the Pooh was on! So I used to have Pooh on and write my morning pages. I started to really look forward to it.
