What's your latest obsession?

Anxiety and stress have been controlling my life the past few days and I’d give almost anything to get rid of both of them immediately.

The idea of inter-connectedness.

I’ve been talking all night to a good friend about the millions of tiny events in this great series of causes and effects we call life, and how they all so delicately work together to make everything the way it is… it’s mind boggling.

I just discovered a drink: half Guinness and half pear cider, often called a “black and pear.” Really delicious and easier to down for those of us wimpy beer drinkers, and it looks cool. I’ve been ordering them every time I got out since I discovered it.

For the first time in a long time I’m not feeling obsessive about anything… and I like it. A lot. I’m going to enjoy it for as long as it lasts.

I’m so with @SamIAm, and I tried to fix it with sugar. Not a good idea—trust me.

I have been obsessed with how to do a victory roll. I’m close, but not quite there.

Yesterday I was obsessed with controlling my home computer from work. Then I did it and I got bored. Today I’m obsessed with The Equalizer.

Repairing and renovating my home. One of the previous owners must have paid a pretty penny for some additions to the house. Being nice, I will say they do not live up to the quality of the original 1948 structure which was built.

I’m obsessed with this online anime called Hetalia.

I am currently obsessed with junk food, music, youtube and studying.

I’m currently obsessed with keeping the 8 week old puppy that I’m pet-sitting from peeing and pooping in my home.

I went through some education that has taught me how to really be the complete creator of your own life and all that entails. Take 100% accountability for ourself and not judge or put any blame on any one else. It is not an obsession but it sure is totaly freedom. What this has done from me is get rid of the judgement thing about others and see them for who they are for me. We all do this and we create everyone around us to be who they are for us. The key is we create ourselves for who we are to ourselves. Great knowledge that gives one totally freedom.

No obsessions here, other than feeling frustrated that everyone I know is in some sort of relationship crisis. Gah! I cannot hear ONE more word about screwed up relationships….jesus have mercy! lol

Currently on the new book, and trying to train my GF friends…

A very close friend from high school that I just reconnected with after 25 years. It’s not so much of an obsession but rather a very impatient reunion as we live in different states and she’s coming into town in late March so we can get together.

I have a really addictive personality, so I have to be careful with things like this. I need to be obsessed with something at any given moment, so I tend to channel this sort of energy into geeky pursuits, otherwise it’s possible I’ll end up obsessed with/addicted to something that’s seriously unhealthy/destructive. At the moment, my (over)enthusiasm is focused on BBC’s Sherlock and several of the actors in it.

Gilmore Girls

@Leanne1986 Hubby and I both loved Gilmore Girls.

At this very moment I seem to be blissfully free of one obsession and not in the thrall of the next. It feels damn good!

@janbb It wasn’t as popular over here as it (apparently) was in the States but I have bought all the DVD boxsets of each series so that I can watch it, in order. I’m currently on series 2.

iSlash on the iPhone. Great game! And it’s free… at least it was when I got it two days ago.

I’m obsessing over the band Mumford and Sons :) Also, evolutionary biology, Sweettart jellybeans, salads, and debating!
