I can’t really help with your question. But maybe you could help me experience Déjà vu?
I’m assuming your age from your spelling and therefore am responding with a “No”.
Lucid dreaming is something that takes great amounts of practice to do. Google it, there are sites to help you with this.
Yes! Please! Get some help!!!
And now I will actually try to be helpful. I am a lucid dreamer. Around 95% percent of them are lucid. I don’t dream often.
For me I usually realize I am in a dream and then I can make it lucid. I wouldn’t think that there is a magic formula to turn a dream lucid. And I normally have to have a really scary dream to realize this can’t be real and then I go lucid. Fortunately around 95% of my dreams are nightmares so that helps(and is insanely terrifying).
I guess i’ll imitate JP and actually give good advise:
I, too, am a lucid dreamer. I am able to do it if I wake up, and then go straight back to sleep, or if I take a nap in the middle of the day. When i’m in deep sleep or getting sleep that I really need I can’t do it. But if i’m sleeping for the joy of it… i can.

My god, i’m tired.
And I would like to add.. At least for me, a lucid dream doesn’t turn into a big sex party at the Playboy mansion. I have tried, it never worked.
It is much more subtle.
I’m also going to agree there. My lucid dreams rarely, almost never revolve around sex. The only time that happens is if the dream starts like that on its own.
what exactly is lucid dreaming?
@mcbealer
Lucid dreaming is when you realize you are having a dream while still in the dream. This allows some control over what happens in the dream.
ok.. got it. That almost sounds exhausting.
haha…@semprini said “lucid reaming”.
