Tea for two and… yup, even if youre a wee jelly or an old mermaid, you probably finished that phrase and even sang it a bit – la la la – Tea for two, and two for tea and me for you and you for me…
Think of a word or phrase that immediately gets one a singin’ in the rain, just singin in the rain…
It’s a glorious feeling…

The catchy little phase of the day over here on the micro farm is ‘bread before bed, unless you are dead.’
The beginning piano riff from Gloria Gaynor’s I Will Survive. No lyrics needed for that one.
@tranquilsea You should ask that question as I have run out: your post is the reverse of what I requested, but a great idea… “what opening notes to a song or piece (words not necessary) immediately make the song recognizable?”
@seazen_ I’ll leave that one to you to ask tomorrow. It seems like too much effort for me right now lol. Most of the songs I know well (and I know a TON) I know from the first few notes.
@tranquilsea I have the same thing with that song. And then I immediately think of this scene and smile lol.

you can’t tell me, you didn’t say that final word in your head.
@seazen_ SPONGE BOB SQUARE PANTS!!!! SPONGE BOB SQUARE PANTS!!!
I believe that song goes, ‘come a, come a…’ but now I have both songs mashed up in my head. I am now singing the ‘Karma’ part really fast & then right before I should say ‘chameleon’, I say, ‘a running to me’ in that slower pace. I think this sudden change of pace in mental singing will give me a seizure. Worth it though.
