High finish walnut table has white marks from damp fruit bowl. Any suggestions on how to remove them?

The white circles are not raised, but smooth. Just discolored. Any way short of refinishing the table to make this problem disappear?

Oddly, one trick is to cut a walnut in half and rub over the white ring. It can be used for woods other than walnut. Another trick is to find a crayon that matches finish and rub in, then buff. Neither will have a high finish but might make table look better.
