What was that 90s TV show where a girl has this supernatural power to freeze people/stop the time?

She got the supernatural power from his alien dad. She has this talking gem/stone of some sort, in which she uses to communicate with his alien dad (I guess). I used to watch it when I was 5 or 6 or 7. Can someone please tell me? Thank you very much.

It was called “Out of this World”
