What types of fuel does the body contain?

carbohydrates, fat, and protein.

Ultimately, the body is fueled by ATP.

@syz Only partly. There’s also other sources, like GTP. Though they’re less widely used.

hmm, Diesel…nah.
It mainly has a lot of water in it and also Calories.These are the fuel obtained by fat,protiens,carbs and vitamins…calories are the fuel we burn in our bodies when we move/work.

@queenie Not really. Calories are a unit of energy, not a physical thing. The fats and proteins and carbs and ATP/GTP etc are the fuel.
