What, if any, benefits might be gained from this daily smoothie recipe?
For a week I’ve been drinking 16oz of this concoction. How would you evaluate it for health benefits?
½ cup water
2 cups 1% milk
¼ cup lowfat vanilla yogurt (Yeah, I know)
3 teaspoons green veggie powder stuff w/fruits and whole foods
1 handful fresh spinach
¼ cup fresh strawberries
¼ cup fresh blueberries
one ounce liquid vitamins, minerals and whole foods (refrigerated)
Any health benefits? I feel the same I think.
