Dubstep lovers: what is the "Stairway to Heaven" of dubstep (song)? Or the Eagles of Dubstep (artist)?

And by that I mean, tongue-in-cheek, what is (in your opinion) the “most awesome” dubstep track you’ve heard as well as the identity of the “most consistently excellent” artist/group in dubstep.

I am a complete n00b as regards this genre but can’t help but notice it has virtually taken over some of the music sites I use lately. Curiosity is finally getting the better of me. ;)
