In the movie The Ring victims literally die of fright, what are some sights that may induce this frankly astonishing reaction in you?

I’m going to take a wild guess here & say nothing you might see would actually cause your untimely demise…no shit sherlock! Just for the hell of it though & yes, a few sick laughs thrown in, offer up some twisted vistas that could go close to stopping your clock.

If my house turned into the House of Leaves house. Or if I saw anything from Silent Hill in real life. Just watching the movie gave me nightmares.

About to sit on the toilet and a snake comes out of it.

I have had two sightings that I didn’t think I would return from and they were terrifying more so than anything experienced before.

@Haleth It’s interesting to note that psychological studies were done on how most of us would react if we were ’‘stuck’’ in Silent Hill. (Based on the games.) Apparently, the majority of people, when they would encounter even just one enemy, couldn’t hack it. Assuming the encounter is survived, your sanity would take hazardous damage.

I’d die of fright if someone was trying to push me into a pool filled with maggots or something. I’d rather go fistfight a zombie nurse.

Did anyone see The Exorcism of Emily Rose. She sees images on the faces of some of the people she encounters. I will tell you that someone knew more than just an artist to come up with those images. Try being held by something that looks like those images and not believeing you could return home.

As I opened the door to let the dog out into the yard,I got a good look at my neighbor’s wife standing in her kitchen wearing a leopard-print love outfit.
I screamed like a schoolgirl :o

When I woke up this morning I went in and looked in the mirror and I just passed out. What a sight, that is pretty bad when you scare yourself.

@Summum that is a tragedy, I’m very sorry. I also know I lost my husband and everything has stopped. Im not who I used to be, I died with him, there is only a physical part left here waiting.

@Meego Sweetie I totally understand how you feel. I honestly can console you because I know the inner feelings that are going on. I can say that I do understand and that in time it will ease though it will NEVER go away. You can go on and live and be happy but it takes time. If you wish to talk I am here for you. BIG HUGS
