What's your CCleaner routine?

I have it clean out the internet browsers I don’t use that often, my temporary files, chkdsk fragments, clipboard, and any programs that I don’t use regularly.

I won’t let it touch WMP, Chrome or Office. I also never use the registry cleaner function, because registry cleaners delete entries that Google Desktop uses, and that is one of my most useful programs.

I honestly can’t remember, because I get rid of it right after I use it each time, then download it again later when I need to. It just makes things run wonky and slow when it’s on my machine at all times. I’d have to be looking at it to tell you what settings I use.
