It’s a song that came on my mom’s blackberry and I really like it. Here’s a clip of some of the audio. I’m pretty sure it’s by will.i.am but I can’t find the song!

It sounds like the live version of “Where is the Love?”. I saw them live a loooonnng time ago and it sounds like something they did.

It sounds like an interlude at a concert where the band wants to get the crowd involved. A lot of bands will create unique songs for the live performances that don’t show up on albums.
