Is it possible I damaged my feet?

It’s probably not permanent. I hope the rest of the outfit was as hot as the shoes… :) I t would be only fitting.

Yes, but I doubt it’s permanent – give it a couple days and a really long soak in the tub.

That happened to me once before, and a good soak and giving my feet a break made it better. I would say, though, if it isn’t better by tomorrow.. you might want to go to the doc, just in case.

Perhaps you’ve temporarily pinched a nerve above the heel of your foot or in that area.

In addition to the advice offered by the above victims of high heel use, I would suggest wearing flats for awhile, and gently and slowly stretching the top of your feet toward your shins.

You’re probably ruined for life. We’ll either have to put you down or go down on you. I’m not sure which one is the answer.

I’m sure it will go away, I thought it was only one foot, though. Definitely if it’s not better tomorrow-ish, you should call your doctor. I hope your tootsies are better soon. <3
