How do you save pictures from email to a file you can use for piknik?

from what i have done you can save a picture anywhere in your documents to use on piknik, you just need to be able to find it once you want to use it. What you do is bring up the email and right click on the picture. The you press the save picture as… button and then choose your document, the file you want to save it in, and then title it so you won’t forget what it is called. The you go to piknik your picture
