What's an easy but healthy meal I can cook while babysitting?

I can cook pretty well I just need ideas because most of the kids I babysit are picky eaters. It needs to be a short meal to cook.

Do they like Raviolis from the can? Take several cans if needed, open cans, throw them on the stove until heated and voilà!
