Each of those girls should have a dark past.
One of the girls was promised to some other man by her parents. She escaped, and the parents are now doing everything in their power to get her back. Even if it means killing her friends. She is generally the good natured, high spirited girl, shy, and good with household things. Typically moe. However, she is actually inhabited by a powerful ancient spirit, which she can summon if she gets agitated enough, and those who she loves are in mortal danger.
The second one could be an actual princess, heir to the throne of a dictatorial, genocidal regime. She left her country, because she did not want to have anything to do with them anymore. To leave the country, she used secret technology, which she now possesses, including an experimental teleporter and highly advanced weapons.
Her former family is now pouring all its resources into getting her, and especially the stolen tech back.
This girl has a princessy attitude, tsundere, and she is good with organisational matters, finances, and above all, technology and science. An inventor, too.
The third one would be a former child assassin, highly skilled and lethal, who left her profession to begin a new life. She is now hunted by contract killers sent by the victims’ families and the organisation she once worked for.
She has a hard and rough outside and manner, a typical kuu-dere, silent and laid back.
She is excellent when it comes to the handling of all sorts of weapons, hand to hand combat, athletics and stealth, setting deadly traps, mixing poisons, etc.
Now the three are constantly assaulted by their enemies, and they must work together to repell the attackers with deadly force, to end their plight permanentlym and to find and rescue their foster father.
The girls should now all marry identiacal twin brothers. They all live in the same city and the twin brothers swap themselves around with the three married girls and no one can tell the difference, until all become pregnant and their babies favor no one.
I think there should be seven brides for those brothers, not three.
The girls should find themselves for no particular reason, living in Iran subjected to their laws and customs
Your story sounds suspiciously like this movie:
The Ballet Shoes Shoes
(2007) PG
An unusual explorer named Gum (Richard Griffiths) and his kindly niece (Emilia Fox) adopt three orphans—Pauline (Emma Watson), Petrova (Yasmin Paige) and Posy (Lucy Boynton)—and raise them as sisters in 1930s London. But the girls must fend for themselves when Gum doesn’t return from one of his adventures. Together, they nurture their passions for acting, aviation and ballet in this charming TV adaptation of Noel Streatfield’s novel.
It also sounds like Despicable Me Me
(2010) PG
Villainous Gru (Steve Carell) lives up to his reputation as a despicable, deplorable and downright unlikable guy when he hatches a plan to steal the moon from the sky. But he has a tough time staying on task after three orphans land in his care. Julie Andrews voices the role of Gru’s malevolent mom, and Jason Segel, Kristen Wiig and Will Arnett round out the ensemble cast in this comic tale that earned a Golden Globe nod for Best Animated Feature.
I read a book with a similar plot once. The girls grew up being suspicious of men because their father abandoned them. One of the girls gets raped by a local boy, and has a baby boy. Because the girls are man-haters, they raise the baby in a room off by himself and just poke food through a hole in the door to keep him alive. One by one the girls get old and die off. The local police come into the house after the last one dies and finds this animal-like man living in a locked back room. Freaky!
I agree with @Kardamom. Your story sounds identical to Noel Streatfeild’s book Ballet Shoes. I have read the book and seen both movies. It is one of my son’s fav books/movies.
I suggest you write a new plot.
i showed my story to a few of my friends and they said it sounded like ‘ballet shoes’ but i have never acctually seen the movie or read the book but judging by the sound of it there’s alot of ballet, my story will be completely different i dont want anything to do with ballet. i still need a good plot though, and my story is set in the 1930’s in England so no high tech including in the responses please!
@laNaa995 Did you miss the part about the story of the Ballet Shoes being set in 1930’s England! Your whole story sounds almost identical. And no, this movie although it had some ballet aspects to it, that wasn’t the main idea of the story. It was the fact that there were three orphans living as foster children in a home where the man who took them in, ended up lost in the jungle somewhere. One of the girls just happens to be interested in ballet, but it’s not a ballet movie.
The setting needs to be different, the person who takes them in has to be present (not missing). Maybe the foster parent who takes them in does so to fullfil a promise to a deceased parent (because the deceased parent wanted grandchildren, but the foster parent cannot have children). Each kid ends up having a trait that the deceased “grandparent” had.
Or the foster parent takes in the children, seemingly for benevolent reasons, but really he or she has ideas of using these kids as free labor for a farm or a factory or as guinea pigs for scientific experiements. It might be better to have the setting in the 1800’s. But then it turns out that the kids are actually the long lost heirs to royalty and they find this out through the other characters in the story, who have heard legends, read newspaper articles and have come from the orphan’s country of origin. Eventually the truth starts to become apparent to the orphans and the other characters. A plot to remove the orphan’s from their “imprisoned” state is hatched by the other characters. They are taken separately to various locations and disguised as Native Americans, or Domestic Help, or something else in order to get away. Maybe one of the kids ends up with people that are running the “underground railroad” that helped blacks escape slavery. In turn, everybody learns something.
You might want to rent the Ballet Shoes so you can see what NOT to copy.
@laNaa995 It doesn’t matter if you want it to include ballet or not. Your plot is extremely similar. Ballet has little to do with the story. As with all the “shoe” books, the relationship of the girls is of the utmost importance.
Your plot even includes a house keeper that looks after the girls. Either, you are trolling us, or you actually don’t understand infringement.
i have come up with one aspect to my stoy, the eldest of the girls goes on exchange in canada and i need something interesting to happen to the other two. one of them is very good at art and i will most likely get her to sell paintings or something… but i still need a good interesting plot for the story

@laNaa995 I just remembered another story that sounds too similar to your story. It is Hotel for Dogs. It was about 2 orphan foster kids that were living with horrible foster parents. They end up going on an adventure to save a dog and in the meantime, they end up finding a new family. This idea seems to have been done to death. Although this movie was really terrific.
I think you need to come up with more than just plot devices. What is the actual premise for the show? I get that it’s a comedy with drama, but why does it specifically have to have 3 foster kid/orphans. There has to be some idea that you are trying to convey, but you need to figure out what that is, and then the ideas will flow from that.
