What is a good website to go to for employee rights?

I feel that I’m in an unhealthy work enviornment and I’m wanting to verify what rights I have. Please omit any posts about finding another job. I have already started my search but I feel there are further actions that need to be taken once I am actually employed elsewhere

Aside from federal standards of workplace safety, Employee rights are something that differs from State to State.

You should probably look for the Department of Labor for your state.
