Bacon sandwich(: or any other sandwich. or if you’re looking for something more breakfasty, maybe something like pancakes, yoghurt, toast, omlette. they’re the kind of brunchy things i eat.
I have a couple of recipes for breakfast casseroles that I really like. You make both of them the day before and leave them in the fridge. The next day you bake them and – voila! – yummy breakfast. One is a french toast type and the other is savory – eggs, sausage, cheese.
Biscuits with sausage gravy. Two eggs scrambled.
Bagels with cream cheese and lox. Don’t forget the champagne for mimosas! Fruit salad served in a hollowed out watermelon always looks nice and tastes great.
French toast with bacon.
Or an egg casserole with boursin or goat cheese and sausage.
Brunch is the best. I usually go for Eggs Benedict, or something else with eggs involved (that includes french toast). Fresh squeezed juice is always a plus too. And maybe some coffee. Mmmmm… yum.
Egg and Bacon sandwich.
But I had a meal of breakfast sausages wrapped in pancakes at a Pancake House recently that was to die for ^.^
Ice Cream or egg on buttered toast with tea. Mmmm.
When I serve brunch I love to serve a baked egg dish (individual serving size) like this or this or this
@AmWiser Mmm, now you’ve made me feel mega hungry.
Dim Sum with iced cold beer.
Bacon (thick cut, cooked in brown sugar and pepper please), Eggs Benedict, eggs over easy, hash browns, turkey club sandwiches, mimosas, those huge waffles with homemade whipped cream and all the toppings, french toast, sausageeeee, fresh fruit. I don’t like breakfast much but I LOVE brunch!
@marinelife It’s my favorite tasty meal but also my favorite choice to share with friends because there’s something for everyone and everything so cute and interesting to look at too.
Mushroom and cheese omelet…
Chocolate chip pancakes. :)
Caesar salad and a BLT sandwich. I also love going to Subway for lunch, I usually get a spicy Italian six inch sandwich, with black olives, sliced banana peppers and pickles.
And now I’m hungry…
Quiche with lots of ham and cheese, fresh tomatoes, Caesar drink.
My significant other’s mum makes the most delicious spanish tortilla ever. I didn’t even like eggs until I tried this dish. She makes it with eggs, bacon, ham, a couple different types of cheese… sometimes with veggies, sometimes with chorizo, and sometimes without the potato (which may makes it more like a regular omelet than a spanish tortilla, but I’m not complaining because it’s always scrumptious.)
