It’s my girlfriends and it’s an original. A bit of water damage. Anyone know how we could find out it’s value. We can’t any mention of it online.

From what she can make out, it is number 24, and the year is 190_ (something).
Here’s a thread on a forum
Unfortunately it appears there are many Pandora art pieces from that time period. If I come across more, or see a print of this, I’ll report back.
For starters, its style is that of the Pre-Raphaelites. Try Google Images with that and Pandora as keywords.
What you have is a print of an oil painting by John William Waterhouse, which was painted in 1896. Here is a link to a site about his work:

He did a very famous painting of the Lady of Shallot as well.
@diavolobella Thank-you. We are just wondering what it’s worth. It’s numbered. And, it’s from the early 1900’s.
@Jude It’s going to depend on how many prints were made and I imagine there were a lot since his paintings were quite popular. Number 24 is early in a print run, but who knows how many print runs were done of the painting over the years. I could be wrong, but I don’t think you’ll find it is worth very much. With what you now know, you might have enough to call an art dealer and ask.
@Jude You are welcome! :)
@Jude—-that thread I sent you above was to JW Waterhouse. You can ask your question of it’s value there at the JW site—
