Do you know of a documentary about money in (Afghanistan? Iraq?) going to palaces instead of schools?

There’s been a whole lot on the news of late about Greg Mortenson misusing donations for his own purposes. Are you perhaps referring to that story?

Or it could have been about the Royal Palace being refurbished. That might fit the description of “what.”
