I just finished a draining therapy session and now I'm chillin' with a beer and doing some art. What are you all doing home on a Friday night?

I enjoyed a wonderful sit down dinner with the family and am expecting an out of town friend to show up any moment. I’m sure we’ll share a nice single malt scotch and good conversation before turning in.

The night is still young, and it’s not quite 8. The fun starts at 10. My fiancé is taking me to the bar that he proposed to me. He has the night off and I can’t wait to spend it with him.

Getting ready for bed. I have been traveling and that always wears me out. I also have to get up early tomorrow.

Just finishing up “The Merchant of Venice”.

I had a good day. I felt physically better today then in years! Felt younger. Of course something has to suck, and my sister just called to say she just had to call 911 because my aunt is really bad (she has been sick) and needs to go to the hospital. It’s really really sad. I have spent weeks in NY the last couple of months trying to help her. My biggest fear is she is making things worse for herself. That her end will be more difficult than it needs to be. I have no idea what to do anymore, how to help.

I’m seeing how well Niccolo Machiavelli and Alexander Keith get along. Pretty well, so far!
Mr. Fiance is flipping between two hockey games and a baseball game.

Maybe I should quantify that first statement: I’m drinkin’ beer and researching for an essay.

I’m messing around on the computer, eating pizza, and trying to do some house cleaning!

Recovering from a week of sadness, debauchery, and alcoholism. Downloading some music for my mom, and thinking about writing some music.

Took Mr. Jake who is visiting for the weekend to a Mexican restaurant with my husband and friends. Now chilling and about to go to bed with a book.

Sadly, I am not at home. I am also not at one of the jobs that I greatly enjoy.

I’m in the middle of a pitched battle in a Dungeons and Dragons game.

Just got back from my favorite Irish Pub Restaurant and chillin with the Jellies! WOOT!

@Rarebear I’ve always considered myself more of a warrior/hunter/ranger type, someone with a bow/crossbow, who can damage from further away…

@Rarebear Ah…just never got into the magic users for any type of role-playing game…I think it started with Final Fantasy I, where the white and black mages are so useless for a lot of the first part of the game.

I just had an extremely fancy dinner with my boyfriend and his mom, who is in town this weekend visiting us from Jersey. I’m so full I can’t move and was so hungover yesterday that the thought of going out makes me wanna barf on the spot. Now I think I’ll smoke a bowl and help him with his taxes. :|

I went to go see a new movie about Abraham Lincoln, called “The Conspirator”. I came home, took a shower, and now I’m watching a documentary on Andrei Chikatilo. I’m hoping to go out later and drink with the friends.

Movie night and drinking Stella. Just watched Inception and loved it. Now getting ready to watch Machete.

Just watched Charlie Wilson’s War (for the second time since it was in theatres), and now I’m thinking of going downstairs for some banana nut ice cream.

I just got in from seeing my friends at a pub in Manhattan. We meet one Friday a month in a big group and pretty much just take over for a few hours.

Chillin’ in bed now, listening to Interpol on at Coachella. I have to be up at the asscrack of dawn to see my lady ma’am.

See at the top. My aunt just got admitted to the ER. My sister is freaked out trying to deal with the situation. I had to make some calls, been texting back and forth, not a happy night. Plus, I wanted to cuddle with my husband before all this shit happened, and he spent all night shopping for his new racing gear. I’m not angry that he was shopping, but feeling disconnected the last few days. Whatever. This has been a couple of months of really crappy with little moments of happy.

Got home from work and had a nap. I also watched some movies, The Tortured (biggest fucking facepalm movie you’ll ever see) and Candyman. Drinking beer now, and messin on the computer.

Just finished watching Machete. I was reminded how much I love Robert Rodriguez films. I haven’t laughed this hard in a long time!

I had a super long, exhausting week physically as well as emotionally, I popped 2 Ambien and now I’m reading fluther to relax until I’m ready for sleep. Funny thing is, I won’t remember this tomorrow, I get ambien Amnesia. Good night everyone!!!! I apologize ahead of time if you find me rambling incoherently in any threads.
