Where is a good place to download music in Europe?

I recently moved from the US to the Netherlands and after four weeks I’m finally settling in and have internet access at home. I’m used to using iTunes or Amazon to buy music because I do prefer to pay for my music, at least when it’s commercially available.

Neither of those accounts will work for me now. I can start a new Dutch iTunes account but it offers a different music collection. Anyone have any recommendations on where to legally download music here?
