What feature would you want in your dream car?
I drive a mini-van. To soccer practices. I know that I’m a walking cliche. But now that spring is trying to arrive, I really wish I just had a sunroof. Is that too much to ask? Oh, and maybe satellite radio. I have simple needs.

I just want it to accelerate really fast and smooth. None of that shit where you hit the gas and it struggles for 2 seconds, then thrusts forward…..and it’ll be a convertible.
A cannon mounted to the hood… that evaporates those in front of me.
If it doesn’t have a smoke-screen and/or oil slick button, then I’m not interested. Also: fins!
No built-in obsolescence.
Ability to turn off all of the headlights manually.
Manual door windows and locks.
No car alarm.
Manual transmission.
Good visibility in all directions.
Fuel efficiency and/or green energy.
Good handling and acceleration.
Doesn’t look like a melted tennis shoe.
The only feature my dream car needs, other than to be in perfect running condition and to be cherry in terms of body condition is to be exactly this. Nothing more, nothing less.
A glove box which prints out cash for gas
An ashtray. Those are hard to come by nowadays.
Snack bar for friends… good thing that i don’t like driving or i’d be broke with all the refills.
Ejector seat….oh wait, better still, instead of a passenger airbag a boxing glove would be thrust into their face. Both of these modifications are only to be engaged when an annoying “back seat driver” refuses to shut the fuck up!
AM radio for my 1968 Camaro SS RS Super Sport Rally Sport Convertible
I saw a Rolls Royce on a TV show that had an umbrella embedded in the door. That’s all I need.
Oh, and some hybrid/battery technology thing. Umbrellas are no use if you’re already underwater.
As long as it has cruise control, air conditioning that works in 45 deg C, a good stereo with lots of bass, a slick manual transmission, comfortable seats that don’t hurt my back after 6 hours, and a smooth 6 cylinder engine that doesn’t die up hills, I’m happy. Oh wait, my 12 year old Mitsubishi Magna has all that! I guess it’s my dream car then….....
The two things that would improve it are a flamethrower for carjackers, and a bullbar for Toyota Camry drivers.
A convertible
A V8 that still managed to get good gas mileage somehow
and… a loud stereo system.
That would make me happy :)
A beautiful paint job and excellent sound system.
I am working on getting exactly that :)
